Our Founder

Christo Oehley is an IBM-authorized instructor, curriculum developer, and seasoned entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in the IT and training sectors. Christo has personally developed and delivered more than 30 IBM-aligned technical courses and serves as a subject matter expert for cloud infrastructure, AI adoption, ethical hacking, and cybersecurity defense. He consults globally with enterprises and government programs to design and implement workforce transformation strategies.

In addition to leading Trainivate, Christo is the co-founder of Virtual Telecom Xchange (VTX), a business offering networking and office automation services. His dual exposure to both enterprise systems and business operations makes him uniquely equipped to bridge technical knowledge with practical business enablement.
